Main Session Speakers
R. Albert Mohler, Jr. (June 23-26 only)
Dr. Mohler is the President of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and Boyce College. He has been recognized by such influential publications as Time and Christianity Today as a leader among American evangelicals. Dr. Mohler hosts two podcasts: “The Briefing,” a daily analysis of news and events from a Christian worldview, and “Thinking in Public,” an interview forum for intelligent conversation about frontline theological and cultural issues. He is the author of several books and has contributed to over 100 other published works. He is married to Mary, and they have two children and are proud grandparents of Benjamin, Henry, and Margaret.
Brian Payne
Dr. Payne was a member of the faculty at Boyce College and Southern Seminary and the pastor of Fisherville Baptist Church prior to becoming pastor of Lakeview Baptist Church in 2021. He is co-author of the book Encountering God Through Expository Preaching: Connecting God’s People to God’s Presence Through God’s Word. He and his wife Heather have five children.
Alex Duke
Alex grew up in Louisville and God saved him at an early age. Upon graduating from Christian Academy of Louisville, he studied Mass Communications and Creative Writing at Western Kentucky University. He received his M.Div from Southern Seminary in 2017. Alex works as the editorial lead for Reaching & Teaching as well as product director for 9Marks. He serves as the director of training and sending at Third Avenue Baptist Church. He is married to Melanie they have three children.
Keith McKinley (June 16-19 only)
Dr. McKinley serves as the Associate Professor of Christian Mission and Director of the Bevin Center for Mission Mobilization at Southern Seminary. He served with the International Mission Board in Southeast Asia for twenty years. Dr. McKinley is a member of Westport Road Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky. He is married to Gail, and they have four children.
Jarvis Williams (June 16-19 only)
Dr. Williams serves as Professor of New Testament Interpretation at Southern Seminary. He is the author of several books and publications including his most recent The Spirit, Ethics, and Eternal Life: Paul’s Vision for the Christian Life in Galatians and Redemptive Kingdom Diversity: A Biblical Theology of the People of God. He is one of the preaching pastors at Sojourn Midtown in Louisville, KY. He is married to Ana and they have one son.
Daniel Stevens (June 23-26 only)
Dr. Stevens serves as Assistant Professor of New Testament Interpretation at Boyce College. Before coming to Boyce, he served as the director of the Scholars Initiative at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C. His recently released a new book “Songs of the Son: Reading the Psalms with the Author of Hebrews.” He is married to Hannah and they have two children.
