Registration includes swag bag, meals (see schedule), and housing (extra nights optional).

If registering a group or with a group, please make sure your group name is listed on the order form group drop down menu before completing your registration. If it is not listed, please email jmelson@sbts.edu ASAP to add your group to the list to complete your registration.

After April 1, only card payments are accepted via Eventbrite. All check payments must be received in full by April 30 or we will cancel your registration.

Make check payable to SBTS. Note which camp week you have registered for on the memo line. Mail to: Event Productions, 2825 Lexington Rd, Louisville, KY 40280

Deadlines

  • Registration Deadline: April 30 - No changes or additions to the attendee list may be made after this date.

  • “Pay by check” deadline: April 30 - If we do not receive your payment by this date, we will cancel your registration.

  • Refunds:

    • 100% refund will be issued if canceled by April 30.

    • 50% refund will be issued if canceled between May 1- May 17.

    • No refunds will be issued after May 17.

  • Medical Release Form Deadline: May 17 - Every attendee (including leaders/chaperones) must complete by this date.

  • Campus Policy Form Deadline: May 17 - Every leader/chaperone must complete by this date.

  • Background Check Deadline: May 17 - After registration closes April 30, all leaders/chaperones will receive a pre-authorized email from HireRight screening company to the email they provided. No leader/chaperone may stay in the dorms with their group unless they are cleared with a background check. We encourage each group to have a standby youth leader complete a background check in case one of the leaders has to unexpectedly drop out. Please send eventproductions@sbts.edu an email with the legal name and email of the backup leader as soon as possible.
